Payment:
• Guaranteed Reservation when guest is charged one nights stay which will be forfeited if cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to arrival date/ 96 hours prior to special event dates.
• We Do Accept credit cards… Visa, Master Card, & Discover only.
• If we are Given At Least 10 business Days Prior to Occupancy we can accept personal checks.
• We do Not accept personal checks on your day of check-in or under 10 business days.
• We Do Accept cash, bank cashier’s check (also known as bank check, bank money order) or postal money order.

REFUND POLICY:
•Contact us In Writing (website contact or letter) or Speak directly with Barbara or Don (no ph message cancellations please) with your cancellation notice not less than 48 hours prior to the intended arrival date (96 hours prior to special event dates). No service fees for cancelled reservations are administered within the afore stated guidelines.
•Cancellations under 48 hours (96 hours prior to special event dates): A refund minus a processing fee (one nights stay) will be implemented if person to person phone contact or written notice is not given 48/96 hours prior to reserved arrival date.
